Davao Bloggers Officers Team Building at Microtel By Wyndham Davao

Last August 30, the newly elected Davao Bloggers Officers held their first-ever overnight team building at Microtel Inns & Suites by Wyndham Davao.

Strategically located near SM Lanang Premier and SMX Convention Center, Microtel Davao is just a 15-minute drive from Francisco Bangoy International Airport and a walking distance from Damosa Gateway where one has easy access to various dining and leisure establishments. Some of the restaurants within the vicinity are open until late hours of the night; a big plus for travelers who want to grab some late night snack after a long day of discovering what the city has to offer.

The rooms we stayed in came with two queen-sized beds and a little lounge area near the window for an extra sitting. Each room is  big and cozy complete with a 32″ inch LED Cable TV, mini-refrigerator, and air-conditioning system.  A Wi-Fi connection is conveniently provided in every room, perfect for  some of the bloggers who needed to squeeze in a few work.

The toilet and bath area are clean and spacious. Toiletries and clean towels are provided for your shower needs, as well as a hair-dryer unit for the ladies who want to fix their locks before exploring the city.

We spent the night at the hotel’s breakfast area where there’s a reliable internet connection. Creative ideas were juiced out as we planned our upcoming activities for the rest of the year. Some of the things that we plotted in our calendar are:

• Photography Workshop
• Blog Weekend Bootcamp
• Fright Night
• Movie Night
• Christmas Party 2014

We ended the night with a movie and take out pizza from Yellowcab, located right beside the hotel. We definitely had a short but sweet stay.
